Infuse: Ski Retreat & Youth Conference

February 3rd-5th the youth will be going on a Ski Retreat. We will be attending a weekend youth conference at Lake Junaluska, where we will be hearing great speakers, music, and spending all day Saturday on the slops at Cataloochee. A Tubing pass is also available to those who don't want to want to ski.

It will be $90.00 per person, which includes lodging, food, and of course skiing. To make it easier on you for the holiday season I am dividing it into 3 payments. First payment of $30.00 is due by December 18th. Second payment is due January 22nd. Third payment is due February 19th.

Service Event: Heywood Street Congregation

On January 21st, we will be heading downtown to the Heywood Street Congregation. They are in need of some up-keep and painting to their clothes closet, as well as some other fun fix-it work.

We will be leaving the church @8:30am in order to arrive at their by 9am and we will be working until 1:00.

Afterwards we will be getting a bit to eat, so bring some $$$. We will plan to be back to the church around 2pm.

Service: CHOW

The youth Group will be serving CHOW on Wednesday the 18th. Everyone needs to be there 5:15 to help setup and stay afterwards to help clean up.

Youth Christmas Party

We will be having our annual youth Christmas Party on December 18th @ Jenny and Paul Fitzpatrick's house. (If you need directions to their house please email me.)

The party will begin @ 5pm and will last until 8pm.

This will be "pot-luck" style, so everyone will need to bring a yummy dinner or desert item. I will be providing the drinks.

We will be exchanging the gift in our traditional White Elephant (or Dirty Santa) style. Please bring a fun gift valued around $10-15.

Oh, and ware a tacky Christmas Sweater!
